It has been great here! Only downside is how loud the train can be as someone who works from home. And sometimes it comes when I’m sleeping at night like 11pm and then I’m woken up. I’ll move to another unit that’s away from that train soon

It’s been great living here so far, and continues to live up to my expectations.The location is 10/10, love the noda area as well. Great access point to everything. The staffs are great and friendly, communicative and responsive. The common areas are kept clean and well maintained, and I haven’t had any issues accessing any of the amenities! :)

I absolutely love my new apartment! The location is a huge plus—close to everything I need while still being in a quiet, peaceful area. I also really appreciate how clean and well-kept the building is, and the management has been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Package room could be more reliable. Staff are a highlight of this complex, Sam and Ebony are always helpful and kind. Gym has improved but machines could be serviced quicker. I enjoy living here and will likely renew again

Overall this is a livable property but many opportunities for improvement. First few months were rough, having to deal with Greystar corp and ownership to get anything done. Apartment was not move in ready on day one when I got my keys. Sam is wonderful and would highly recommend working with him.

Loving my time at 30Six NoDa! The building is so clean compared to some others in the same area, and has so many amenities. Plenty of parking in the garage, and central to NoDa on the light rail. The staff is also always super friendly and supportive when needed. I've lived in other communities in NoDa, and this one is by far my favorite.

I love it here and would renew were I not moving for graduate school. The dog owner community here is wonderful, and the staff are attentive and kind. This location cannot be beat, and I have never had a problem come up. The residence is clean. My only ONLY suggestion would be updated gym equipment, mainly the treadmills because I love running year-round, even in NC heat. The stairmaster was a great addition.

The place is nice however the events have went down and aren’t inclusive with dietary restrictions where as in the past the events were inclusive. The gym machines have constantly been breaking. But the apartment and the community itself is lovely. The pool and other things are nice to go too.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The management team is responsive and professional, always addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner. The property is well maintained, with clean common areas and beautiful landscaping that make it feel welcoming. I appreciate the modern amenities like the gym, pool, and clubhouse, which add real value to everyday life. Noise levels are generally low, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Parking is usually easy to find, and the location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transit nearby. Safety is a priority here, and I’ve always felt comfortable walking around the complex at any time. One area for improvement might be more frequent updates or communication from the leasing office, but overall, I’m very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well run place to live. Thank you for making it feel like home

My experience being a resident here at 30SIX NoDa has been nothing but disappointment. Not what is advertised online. I have had to get ownership/ corporate management involved.

The location and the people are the reason for the 3 stars! But the management really takes away from the experience . They are constantly cutting corners to save $, which negatively impacts the resident experience in a “luxury” apt. Side note, residents don’t see any of perks for management cutting costs! They have recently switched to a new resident experience company, which cut resident events from 3/month to 2, and some of the events now require RSVPs. The next event can only host 30 people, in an apartment building with 500+ units. We pay $33 every month for door-to-door trash pick up (mandatory, BTW) and they do not come regularly. Last weekend, we went Thurs-Sun w/o pickup. This weekend it is Sat-Mon. They decided to repaint the pool in April, right when it’s getting warm and the pool is active. IMO, this should have been done in the winter. Lastly, the outdoor area is covered in dog feces, and inside the apartments are prone to black mold growth, specifically in the AC ducts.

Very nice and understanding staff, convenient location, prices comparable with other apartments in the area. Package room fairly consistently has issues but not super major, just fairly inconvenient at times. Hallway carpet upkeep could be better in some areas but isn’t too bad. (Animal waste / trash persisting for multiple weeks before cleaned) OCD nitpick: uneven installation of overhead lights in hallways, light switches, outdoor paint. Not a major issue at all, just somewhere improvement is possible. Over all, a decent building with very nice staff.

I have really enjoyed the Manager Sam--he is wonderful! The property events are a lot of fun and I have created a community here because of them. The location is also incredible! Right along the light rail and walking distance from a bunch of bars and restaurants. My difficulties with the property are that the package room is a nightmare and it takes so long sometimes to find my packages. In addition, there are many pet owners who do not pick up after their dogs. My dog can barely find a spot in the grass--it has gotten so bad that I have considered moving because of this issue. Hopefully they will find a solution soon!

I would give more stars, but my apartment has continually smelled like weed every single day all day long for the last 6 months and it has not been taken care of or had any email notifications to remind residents to not be smoking on the premises or in apartments. It’s a shame because I love my apartment but not when it smells the way it does 24/7, and the amount of people dealing with black mold? Very concerning.

Disappointed in the realities of using certain amenities such as the luxer package room, guest parking, and maker space that make the high cost of rent feel overpriced due to the loss of “luxury” feel from the inconvenience of being unable to easily use advertised features. The positives are that the apartment staff are really great and do their best to explain policies outside of their control and help fix issues as much as they can. The tall ceilings in the apartments themselves are nice for making even smaller square footage units feel much larger. The community spaces are always clean and well maintained, not to mention the convenience of daily trash valet. All my fellow residents that I’ve met so far are incredibly friendly and it genuinely feels like a great community to be a part of, especially with it’s proximity to North Davidson attractions and the light rail stop.

Love the environment. My biggest issue I have is the mailroom since it was broken into, and the door is still broken a month later. All the packages are left in the hallway, or behind the desk looks so bad. The mailroom itself is an absolute mess all the time, with people not getting their packages and things not being properly labeled or thrown around. I propose reorganizing the mailroom with labeled sections for each floor and apartment sections per floor (ie:100-119, 120-139, etc.), dividers for shelves for medium packages, and a designated large package area with similar structure, rather than covering the entire floor. Adding a timer system, like our luxer lockers, could ensure items are picked up promptly, with unclaimed packages returned after the time (some of those packages have been there for SEVERAL weeks). These changes would enhance efficiency, reduce clutter, and improve tenant satisfaction. Everyone I’ve talked to complains about the mailroom mess.

Mold in my apartment for months. Transferred 3 times in the same year. Humidity 84% constantly. Maintenance team threw away my belongings and acts like it’s not their fault. 0/10 would recommend.

30six Noda has been amazing so far. Would be nice for the amenities such as the pool table and shuffleboard to be usable. Pool sticks are all broken and there is no sand on the shuffleboard.

The complex is nice the only issue we have had is the basement with the trash not being consistently picked up and many other residents on the bottom have talked and asked us about it. I do like the complex and the community activities. The workout room is one of my favorite a place to rewind and get a good fitness day in!

30sixNoda has been great to me in my last 2.5 years. It is in a great location, and the community is friendly and safe. Very pet friendly complex. Haven't had any apartment issues yet (compliances, electricity, bugs, internet, etc.). The 3-4 monthly activities 30sixNoda puts on are fun as well. A great way to meet your neighbors. I just signed my third lease, thanks to the leasing consultant/agent Ebony. She is fantastic, always professional, funny, and has been helpful for any questions or concerns I have had. My lease was approaching the end and I was considering moving closer to work, but Ebony wanted to show me a few other room options before I made my moving decision. Now I'm here again, in a bigger and better apartment for a third lease. Although the entire staff is fantastic (no complaints at all there), I hope Ebony is the leasing professional giving you the tour. She is awesome and everyone in the community would agree! The apartment itself is fantastic and I love the views. The management and maintenance staff are always helpful and friendly. The biggest and really the only issue I constantly deal with is an inconsiderate neighbor who still is disruptive and disrespectful during quiet hours regardless of how many complaints we have been forced to file.

The guest passes are super complicated to get, you have to email them with the intended vistor's car information. This will then take almost all day to get the pass printed for you. It seems like often the front office cares more about the tours and the potential tenant more than their current tenants. While I was living here the garage below the apt has changed and they added a gate where you take a ticket. These gates have a mind of their own sometimes and they guest qr code you are provide by 30six noda does not work. Ive had to dish out about 100 dollars of my person money because the guest pass doesnt work. If its after 9-5 forget about trying to get a pass you have to know before that time if anyone wants to come over. The front office doesnt seem to care about the money you have to pay for "free guest passes". I was only provided with an apology. My vehicle also was broken into about 5-6 times while i lived there for 12 months but there is no cameras in the parking garage.

As a long time resident, I am overall pleased with my experience living at 30six Noda. Pros: the staff, maintenance crew, convenient location, community events. Over the years however I’ve seen some areas that need improvement: the updating/maintenance of the amenities- particularly the gym. In the last year, there have been several new builds in the area with far better and more updated gyms and amenities. Since the time I’ve lived here, the gym has fallen short. There is always at least 2-3 machines at any given time that are broken/remain broken and have not been addressed. The machines in general are lacking- i.e replace equipment that is not being used with updated equipment that will for sure be used - smith machine pleaseeee. I’ve also noticed some consistency with issues regarding safety- doors broken or not latching properly (doors that lead directly to an outside exit). The common areas (hallways, stairwells) could be cleaned and maintained better as well.

While the unit itself is fine, accessibility and ease of being a resident is not. The staff, while polite and friendly, are not the most helpful. And god forbid you send an email because you will likely never hear back from that without calling multiple times. The parking system is abysmal with what feels like dated technology deliberately designed to be frustrating (a gate that opens towards cars? Seriously?) Overhaul the system with one of the dozen apps and services (Butterfly, for one) that lets residents open the gates with an app and not have to rely on antiquated RFID scanners. Never mind the guest parking scenario. Having to request a pass in advance or risk not getting one because there is a limited amount? It completely removes the ability to have sudden guests and relies on communicating to the office during open hours (and even then, you won’t always get one). All in all, it’s a nice place but it feels perpetually frustrating dealing with problems that don’t need to exist

Everything is great at this community besides the pet spa not accessible as described when I moved in and the guest parking is a hassle. Valet trash can be over the top picky sometimes so I hardly bother putting my garbage out and just take it to the shoot that is always accessible.

It has been somewhat of a nightmare to be honest. My roommate and I moved into an apartment that would not have met anyones first impression. A certain vibrant and professional leasing agent who name Im not able to say "Think famous Song" (___ and Ivory) was very pleasant in helping us get through that. We also had pigeons living on our patio that left feces all over the walls and ground, which went on for the first month (March-April) we were told that they couldn't do anything and our only option was to pay the same rent for a basement apartment (We live facing the pool) Lastly, Ive never been in an apartment complex that communicated VIA email. If there is any important information it is texted to you or left in your door. We are now faced with another month of rent after a misleading email with information that was vague to our original lease. I am unimpressed! Will avoid being a tenant with Greystar until I feel like I am treated better.

The apartment is clean and beautiful. Access to the gym is also a plus. The pool is clean and so is the clubhouse. I can tell the staff here took time and effort to make sure the apartment is can best as it can be. I took off 0.5 stars because of the train, especially when it honks its horn in 3-5AM. Other than that, I really enjoy being a resident at 30six Noda.

The parking garage issues is my biggest problem. There always something wrong with the gate. Why have our car information when tow trucks don't scan the car they just rely on a parking pass not being visible. People drive entirely to fast in the garage . The doors on the side being broken concern other residents not so much myself. The community if very friendly, the cleaning staff is wonderful. The leasing team who are normally sit at the big table are kind and helpful.

As a resident in 30six noda, I have always felt safe. I have left my apartment for multiple days at a time and have never questioned my units safety. All of the staff are incredibly nice, even when its early in the morning to get coffee from the awesome coffee machines.

AMAZING! Wonderful community; starts with our staff: everyone in the office is helpful, responsive, and knows their stuff. Maintenance team responds and helps just about immediately, and our housekeeper Leo, is an angel and keeps the community spotless. Trash pick up takes place daily and we have security we can call 24/7 (we've called them before and they've acted instantly). I've lived in a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom in the facility and both have been amazing, I will never ever stop recommending 30Six NoDa.

I’ve lived here 3 years and with each year the price has skyrocketed and the quality and significantly worsened. Please use some of the $1800+ I pay for rent each month to address the following: 1) FIX. THE. ELEVATOR. This has been an ongoing issue since day one. There have been multiple times both elevators are not running. 2) fix the faulty fire alarm system- I can count at least 5 times the alarms have gone off erroneously and woken me at 2 am on a week night. Address the issue! 3) replace equipment in the gym. The gym is trash and several machines consistently need maintenance. 4) soap and wipes- there is consistently issue with no soap in common bathrooms (by the pool) and no wipes in the gym. Have y’all learned literally nothing from a global pandemic?! 5) clean the stairwells- the amount of times I’ve nearly stepped in dog urine and feces is baffling. 6) there are at least 5 new buildings going up in a 2 mile radius from here. People will stop renting here, I promise you.

A once great apartment has turned into an unfavorable living experience. I am writing this standing outside at 3:00am while yet another building fire alarm goes off. This continues to happen with no real emergency or fire. This plus a loud neighbor stint has turned my once 5 star incredible review of this place to where I can barely leave two stars. The staff has always been helpful, but this spotty fire alarm has left me too many restless nights that could have been avoided

Okay so everything is great except for the gates that were newly installed in the garage in late May. The sensors do not work unless I take the tag with the chip off of my rearview window. I assume it is similar for many residents as it usually takes about 20-30 seconds for someone to get the gate to open. Yes some may say this is a minor inconvenience, but when I pay over $1,000 in monthly rent this is not something I expect to deal with. It causes traffic backups in the already congested retail parking lot. You guys need to find a way to make this better for residents because this is honestly kind of ridiculous.

Indeed a community of creatives and intentional beings. It’s only been a couple of days and I’m impressed. The gym is set up well ; I look forward to use the spaces for dinner parties, and the parking lot is safe. I was glad to have my car towed by S&L Recovery, it was an expensive lesson, I now remember to hang my tag not just have the sticker. Plus they were cordial. Everything flows here in Noda!

I miss the wine nights, the yoga nights and the sense of community. I know covid prevented this stuff but it seems like it would be fine to bring those back now and actually put more thought into community nights being that we are all paying a ton of money to live here. I also think there should be an actual concierge on staff 24/7 and a spa/steam room is a must. The pool should be heated during the winter. The gate in the garage is the worse, the one exit is the worse, will they be fixing the second exit? The rent increase this year was outrageous especially with the inflammation rates going up. The new owners have really let the apartment complex go and trash faires are a hit/miss. Its frustrating living here sometimes.

Great Community with good resident support from the team. Very convenient access to lots of things especially the light rail. Only Complaint would be that guest parking tends to still be a slight inconvenience even with the monthly guest parking. I and others have cars towed, as well as, had multiple interactions with people who when we try to explain that they are not allowed to park in the spot get angry and argue otherwise. Not sure the guest parking is even remotely comprehended by some residents/guests. They see reserved guest parking and assume its reserved for guests only not residents; temporary guest pass or not (i guess someone who tailgates in unfortunately). Not sure if I happen to have a popular guest spot lol and to swap or what, but otherwise no issues with the community.

I’ve lived here just over one year and have had a mostly positive experience, with some negatives that I wanted to share. Pros: The building is new and I like having a gym, lounges, and a great HVAC system. Proximity to Noda is incomparable, it takes just a few minutes to walk to all my favorite spots and I don’t really get bored ever because there’s so much to do. We’re right next to the light rail. Lastly, the maintenance team is helpful and my service requests get fixed right away. Cons: Cost of living is immense - extra fees/add-on costs are over $100. There is theft in the parking garage - bikes, bike racks, and even catalytic converters get stolen. Our garage gate breaks all the time and goes unrepaired for days. Lastly, there’s construction in the area that disrupts traffic. It takes me 5 minutes to exit our lot and get on the road every morning. There’s nothing the staff can do about the surrounding construction, it’s just something to be aware of if you decide to move in.

NOT A SAFE PLACE. My car was broken into, and had wires cut in an attempted car theft in the garage here. While 30SiX is advertised as having a gate, the fine print of the lease states that they have “no duty to maintain or repair the gates”. Because of this, the gate has been stuck open for more than 3 weeks. While the gate was open, someone smashed my car window and cut the wires behind my dashboard. I called security, who told me they couldn’t come out to help with the issue, since they had no one working our area on sundays. I quickly created a post to the community wall to inform everyone. I was immediately notified that management had seen my wall post (but they didn’t allow it to post to the wall yet). More than 24 hours later, Emily, the property manager denied my wall post. Meaning it was never seen by my neighbors. When I called Emily to discuss the issue, she told me that they had no duty to maintain the garage gate. She also told me that my own safety is my responsibility

Rate went up by at least $300 per month after being told when I signed lease that that was something that would not happen. Management makes excuses instead of just apologizing when things are not right. Parking garage doors are often wide open not just because they take long to close but bc they malfunction. Espresso machine is often out of service and when the other one works it’s super watered down and has moisture in the bean container. Otherwise I enjoy the space and amenities. I love my apartment. Service comes quickly when requested. The building stays clean. I enjoy the area. I signed a new lease because I like my apartment even though I didn’t love the service received from some of the the staff at times. Not all the staff.

Moved in November 2021. My experience has been good so far. Leasing staff is great, maintenance is quick, and the actual apartment and amenities have been great. Only issue I have had is the terrible smell in the stairwells. Smells like old wet dog in a few of them. Also, i have seen dog waste in the hallway on the 3rd floor where i live on several occasions, and it'll sit there for days before it gets removed. Other than that, I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The apartment and amenities are nice. I've been living here since it opened in October of 2017 and have enjoyed living here for the most part. If I'm being honest the upkeep and cleanliness and extras (coffee, wine, candy, dog treats) has declined over the past five years the only extras we have now are coffee and even that has declined since the beginning. This year rent jumped $240 ( final rent approximately $1500.00)for a 515 ft² studio with no balcony. So I'll be moving unfortunately

The building is in a good location, easily walkable to all NODA offers. The staff is very friendly and helpful, both office and maintenance. Everyone responds quickly to requests. It's fairly calm and quiet. Negatives are - the dog walking area is disgusting most of the time and the mail room situation (when the overflow room is used) continues to be terrible, security could be improved as it is very easy to follow cars into the gate and people into the building.

The location along the train is in the perfect sweet spot, so close to Uptown and the South End but also close to the University if you're a student. Lived here for 3 years now - moving out next month - and we are really sad to go.

I've lived here for three years now and this place has certainly changed. The best thing is the location, the current concierge staff is very amiable and easy to work with, pretty communicative, and helpful. I think my biggest critique is the lack of people wearing face masks in the apartment complex. It's still a pandemic and people seem to have forgotten that, this whole building is not their personal space. I know that is not the responsibility of the apartment necessarily but just wanted to mention. Also, I don't like the parcel lockers outside by the garage, it's more inconvenient and creates more vehicle/pedestrian traffic in an already small area.

I absolutely loved having such huge floor to ceiling windows to bring in light, new appliances, and open floor plans so that I could decorate however I wanted. The apartment's housekeeper (Leo?) is the sweetest and most detailed individual, the hallways and common areas are always shining. Great location in trending neighborhood of NODA. Lots of restaurants, bars, entertainment and local retailers within walking distance. On the light rail for easy access to Southend, Uptown or University.

Great apartments and great amenities. Very friendly staff obviously working hard. My only issues ever is solely the people who don’t clean up after their dogs on the stairs or in common hallways.

Love the community but the mailroom gives me a headache. Not sure what the issue is but my packages will show delivered but they aren’t. The mailroom is sometimes messy which makes finding packages a pain.

I love living at 30SixNoDA. It’s a beautiful building and great amenities. Friendly neighbors and staff. And the BEST neighborhood! Full of restaurants, bars, coffee spots, live music, and art with a small community feel in the city. The added bonus is that our place is right on the light rail too!

The train can be a bit loud next to us, but other than that we absolutely love living here. The location is phenomenal, the staff is super friendly and responsive, and the amenities are wonderful!

I have the best view and my space is clean and well maintained. It is a quiet sanctuary with access to an amazingly artistic, energetic community. The management team is gracious and responsive. The dog “park” should be avoided, however. This is a resident issue because pet owners do not pick up their animal’s waste and the area reeks. It’s quite disgusting. Solution: nix that area and create 3-5 prime parking spots that can only be gifted in a lottery drawing. Visitor parking is basically nonexistent which is frustrating when you live in this beautiful place and want to share it with your friends and family. Solution: develop a visitor parking lot, outside of the parking deck. Another solution would be to rent out supplemental parking to residents. The building’s layout is, initially, overwhelming. It’s a maze. Solution: provide a property map to residents. These issues do not diminish the unique experience living at 30Six NoDa affords me. Im in love with my new nest!! Thank you.

Everything is great here, the location of this building is fantastic for anyone. The leasing office is full of a great staff. The move was flawless.

The community is large and vibrant and at the heart of NoDa. I love randomly meeting people on the elevator and around the halls, the staff in the front office is filled with nice (and busy) folks who are willing to assist even when they have so much on their plate already

30Six NoDa is in a really Great location with friendly staff. Walking distance to so mqny great plqces Light rail accessiblity is amazing. This area is also very pet friendly

Excellent community, fun events, great staff and excellent location! I highly recommend this apartment for apartment complex for anyone who wants a well run community close to NoDa. The only real downside is the noise from the trains and bars but the building was build to mitigate the noise as much as possible. Great place!

there are a lot of positives that come with the community/neighborhood. however, my actual move in experience wasn’t that great though. missing items within the apt, was told there was a gift? no gift, etc. it felt like i was tossed the keys and checked off

So happy we moved here! Perfect location and great service! It’s a fabulous place to live and close to so many breweries, restaurants and nightlife. You can find us at NoDa 101 weekly! My favorite amenity is the pool!

Lots of great things about 30SIX. Wish there were more/faster elevators. Wish there were screen doors. Wish the building would actively promote recycling. Rent should be prorated if the pool (or any amenity) is not available, regardless of reason for the shutdown.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The community is well maintained and fairly quiet. The location is excellent. I think the prices are a little high in comparison to comps. Having retail parking on floor one is both a useful and a pain as people are always coming and going, and using that space to turn around. The package room is a nightmare that needs a lot of organizational work.

We love living here! Our apartment is beautiful, we have a stellar view, and the amenities are outstanding. The management staff has been unbelievably receptive to questions and concerns, and we feel like a valued neighbor, even when there are so many tenants in the building. Would choose to live here again 10 out of 10 times. Thanks for everything, 30six Noda!
