Just moved here and I love it, everyone is so polite and nice, the building it’s always clean and have all the amenities, they make it so easy to live here, services like the trash or if there’s anything you need help with they have it

I’ve been living here for a year now, and I genuinely enjoy every minute of it. The sense of community is something we’re still working on, but I’ve connected with neighbors through game nights and parties I’ve organized. The building offers cozy common areas that, strangely, many people don’t seem to know about or take advantage of. I love that people are constantly moving in and out, and that there are monthly activities. The building also stays super clean, thanks to Leo! We love you! ❤️ I just wish people were more appreciative and respectful of the cleanliness, especially after weekends. I also think we need stricter rules or fines for those who don’t pick up after their pets, especially at the dog park. The gym has been undergoing improvements for over a year, yet the leg curl machine still doesn’t work. A few things could definitely be done better and more efficiently, but overall, we love it here!

Wonderful 3 years of my life- good people good neighborhood , management top notch especially Ebony and Sam. It's just peaceful - interesting events - hate that I be missing most of them. But the few ones I attended have been very entertaining

Moved in recently and loving it! The building is gorgeous. The unit was well kept and needed a very minimal cleaning from sitting empty for a while. Very quiet, the units aren’t soundproof but that’s to be expected of an apartment and tenants are very respectful of that. Common spaces and amenities are clean, comfortable and accessible. Leasing office staff are awesome and genuinely have your best interest at heart. Security is tight and there’s a good sense of safety despite being in the heart of a busy neighborhood and by a train station. I had this place recommended to me and now I 10/10 recommend to others.

Sam in the leasing office is fantastic! From the moment I reach out, he is professional, friendly, and always willing to help answer any questions I have. His customer service truly stands out. The property itself is in a great location with convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The area has a great atmosphere and offers plenty to do nearby. Overall, I've had a decent experience.

Would be higher lately, however the stairwell door facing North Davidson has been broken for months now, as has the down button for the freight elevator on the 3rd floor
